PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a more superior agent for controlling stored grain insect pests because it is the current state that the sufficient control of the stored grain insect pests is not carried out yet though conventionally various kinds of the agents for controlling the stored grain insect pests are developed. SOLUTION: This composition for controlling the stored grain insect pests contains [1α,3α-(Z)]-(±)-(2-methyl[1,1'-biphenyl]-3-yl)methyl 3-(2-chloro-3,3,3- trifluoro-1-propenyl)-2,2-dimethylcyclopropanecarboxylate and 2-[1-methyl-2-(4- phenoxyphenoxy)ethoxy]pyridine as active ingerdients.
