PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing blocks capable of being installed even at a place that is exposed to an external force such as waves, by which placing process of a kneaded material can be efficiently carried out without clogging of an opening of a production device with a kneaded material. SOLUTION: The method of producing blocks comprises a kneading process for forming a kneaded material by kneading a prescribed amount of cement, metal slag and incinerated ash with water whose ratio to the powder is nearly optimum water containing ratio, a conveying process for loading the kneaded material on a bed 42a of a dump truck 42 and conveying it to a block production site, an unloading process for unloading the kneaded material from the bed of the dump truck to a hopper 30, destroying the block of the kneaded material in the hopper and continuously supplying the kneaded material from an opening of the hopper to a belt conveyor 25 while giving vibration to the kneaded material, a vibration adding process for transporting the kneaded material with belt conveyors 25, 20 and 10, supplying the kneaded material into a frame mold 40 for the block and making the kneaded material into a fluidized state by adding vibration to it. |
