PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous preparation method of a polymer film sheet having an excellent surface smoothness, and to provide a high heat-resistant polymer sheet using the same. SOLUTION: The preparation method of the polymer film sheet comprises continuously grinding it smooth, while feeding a liquid containing a component capable of dissolving the polymer film sheet on one side or both sides thereof.
