PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorptive article having good fittingness to the waist, preventing shifting of a diaper, with excellent with leakage preventing performance at the waist, easy to wear, a reduced number of used members and with reduced cost, and excellent production and working efficiency. SOLUTION: This absorptive article is provided with a liquid absorbing and permeable leakage preventing sheet 3 and a liquid retaining absorber 4, and substantially elongated lengthwise. Both right and left side parts B1, B2 of the back side part B are provided with a fastening tape 11, and a wide waist three-dimensional guard 9 having a back side elastic member 94 is disposed on the back side part B, and an abdomen side elastic member 94' having smaller elastic force than the back elastic member 94 is disposed in the abdomen side part A.
