PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for adjusting a culture medium which is safe, does not cause air pollution and can achieve improvement in work efficiency. SOLUTION: This device 1 for adjusting a culture medium is equipped with a melting vessel 2 where a test tube 24 holding a culture medium 24a stored in a refrigerated condition is heated to melt the medium 24a and a constant temperature vessel 3 where the test tube 24 holding the molten culture medium 24a is maintained at a constant temperature. The melting vessel 2 and the constant temperature vessel 3 are placed on a base 1a. These vessels 2 and 3 are connected together with the base 1a in such a way as to be unified.
