PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for automatic synthesis wherein a procedure for a synthetic reaction can be simply set up. SOLUTION: The range of a synthesis protocol to be changed is decided with a synthesis protocol setting screen displayed in a display screen part 23 and a range setting part 26. By both of a command determination part 27 and a parameter setting part 28, the parameters of a synthesis command before change with regard only to the range of the synthesis protocol and parameters to be changed/set are displayed on a list so that, only in the range of the synthesis protocol to be changed, the parameters of the synthesis command can be converted all together. In this way, the input setting error by an operator can be prevented, and the efficiency of work until the synthesis protocol (procedure) is set up is improved.
