PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate a corner change of a tip. SOLUTION: A seat 6 is placed on a tip mounting seat formed in a tip pocket 3 in a tool body 2 and the seat 6 is fastened by threadedly engaging an outside male screw part of a seat locking screw 18 with a screw hole 16 provided in a bottom surface 14 of the mounting seat. The tip 7 is placed on the seat 6 and is fastened by threadedly engaging a fastening screw 8 with an inside female screw part of the locking screw 18. By providing a hollowed-out part 20 in a pocket side wall 3A above the fastened tip 7, the tip 7 removed from the mounting seat with the threaded engagement of the fastening screw 3 loosened is enabled to rotate without interfering with the hollowed-out part 20 in the side wall 3.
