PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for producing frozen sweet capable of reducing the consumption of an opening and closing valve. SOLUTION: This apparatus for producing frozen sweet comprises a controller C capable of carrying out the opening and closing control of a reverse solenoid valve 36 (opening and closing valve) connected in parallel with a capillary tube 37 according to a load of a compressor 18 during heating cycle and is obtained by composing the controller C so as to increase the flow passage resistance of a refrigerant in a site where the refrigerant flows only during the heating cycle.
