PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sprayer with which skin can be cleaned using low stimulus lukewarm water any time. SOLUTION: Roughly at the center of a main body 4, a storage recess 5 with a bottom able to store a hand spray 1, i.e., a spray container, is formed integrally. At the bottom of the recess 5, a panel shape heater 8 is fixed. By turning on/off and controlling the heater 8, water in the hand spray 1 is heated. Because the water is kept at a temperature between 30-50 deg.C, a guardian or a caretaker can clean the buttocks or the affected region of an infant or a person taken care of using suitably warm water any time. The inside and the outside of the hand spray 1 communicate by an air channel groove 3b, and thus when the spray 1 is heated, expanded air escapes from the groove 3b to the outside of the hand spray 1, and water leak owing to a pressure rise in the spray 1 can be avoided.
