PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beverage supply apparatus for pouring the liquid raw material charged in a raw material container such as a bag-in box or the like to serve the same, preventing a supplied beverage from becoming lukeworm even if a beverage supply interval becomes long and always controlled to the optimum temperature to serve the beverage cooled to temperature suited to drink. SOLUTION: The liquid raw material pouring part 7, which communicates with a liquid raw material pour tube 6 and function so as to discharge a predetermined amount of the liquid raw material in a BIB 5, and a supply solenoid valve 13, which is turned ON/OFF to supply dilution water, are housed in the bag-in box refrigerating chamber 3 housing and cooling the BIB 5 and a liquid raw material supply nozzle 8 for supplying a beverage to a cup 23 and a dilution water supply nozzle 14 are surrounded by a heat insulating material 25 so as to provide a gap around the nozzles to be cooled to temperature lower than the peripheral temperature by the cold air of the bag-in box refrigerating chamber 3.
