PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work ship for dredging reclaiming work capable of reducing a rolling quantity generated in a dredging device according to rolling of the hull caused by waves of a long cycle. SOLUTION: This work ship 1 for dredging reclaming work having a pontoon 10 and the dredging device 20 arranged in the vicinity of the hull center on the pontoon, is constituted so that the dredging device can dredge earth and sand of an underwater part via a pentrating part by forming the penetrating part (a well 11) between the dredging device and an end part of the pontoon.
