PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a command hard to decode in a game machine to control a peripheral equipment by sending the command. SOLUTION: A control command group comprises a first command (DA1, DB1) for instruction of starting motion control of a peripheral equipment, a second command to instruct the contents of the command, and a third command (DA2, DB3) for instruction of motion control finishing of the peripheral equipment. A main control part 200 sends a control command group in which only the second command (DA2-DA4, DB2) is coded and data for encoding (ED) to the peripheral equipment. The peripheral equipment decodes the received control command group using the received data for encoding (ED).
