PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pair of shoes wherein a resin liquid such as an adhesive does not exude to the inside of the lining, and the shape can be retained to a shape corresponding with the shape of the skin, and in addition, which can be easily and efficiently manufactured. SOLUTION: Raw materials 16 and 17 for shape-retention are fix-integrated by superposing them with the lining at a shape-retention required section, separately from the lining 12. The raw materials 16 and 17 for shape-retention are impregnated with the resin liquid, and hardened into a shape going along a shoe die to form shape-retaining members 18 and 19. By providing such shape-retaining members 18 and 19, the foot touching surface side is covered with the lining, and a comfortable wearing feeling can be ensured. Also, the resin liquid is prevented from exuding to the inside of the lining (foot touching surface side) by the shape-retaining members. Also, the rear end section of the shape-retaining members are superposed with the heel section of the lining 12, and hardened by fix-integrating. Therefore, a deformation due to the stepping on the heel section can be prevented from occurring. In addition, the molding of the shape-retaining members can be performed by utilizing a process wherein the lining is lasted inside the shoe die (last) and attached to the skin 11. Thus, the shape-retention can be performed while corresponding with the shape of the skin, and at the same time, the manufacture can be easily and efficiently performed as well. |
