PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of selectively producing a organosilicon product (a β-hydrosilylated substance) having a structure in which silicon atom is bound to the terminal carbon atom of the terminal unsaturated group selectively as compared with by-products in a reaction for hydrosilylating the unsaturated compound having the terminal unsaturated group with an Si-H group-containing silicon compound in the presence of a platinum catalyst. SOLUTION: The above-discribed hydrosilylating reaction is carried out in the presence of a silyl ester of an acid derived from an oxoacid of sulfur, an amide compound having an N-Si bond, a urea compound, a silyl ester of carbamic acid, a phosphoric acid compound or a hydroxypyridine compound, an 8-hydroxyquinoline compound, an oxazolidinone compound or an N- hydroxysuccinimide compound. |
