PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an energy ray-curable resin composition which is dilutable with water and therefore adjustable to various viscosities with water, and gives a cured film combining solvent resistance and hydrophilicity. SOLUTION: The energy ray-curable resin composition comprises a water- based resin containing an ethylene oxide recurring unit, a urethane bond and a (meth)acryloyl group in one molecule and having a water solubility, in terms of water tolerance, of at least 50%.
