PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably feed paper even in the case of handling printing paper for high printing quality by constructing a small cleaning device to remove paper dust attached on a paper feeding roller. SOLUTION: The surface of a paper feeding roller 121 of D-shaped one revolution type is kept clean by removing paper dust by a brush 20 for cleaning while the paper feeding roller 121 revolves once even in the case when paper dust is attached on a corner part and a circular arc part of the paper feeding roller 12 by providing the brush 20 for cleaning the surface of the paper feeding roller 121 free to connect and disconnect on an inner surface of a cover 124 of the paper feeding roller 121.
