PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handtray with a hanging tray which can be suppressed with inclination or swing to be in a horizontal stable state so that a food or drink carried on the tray may not fall or spill. SOLUTION: A plurality of rubber legs (4) are radially installed on a rear face of a hanging tray (3). The hanging tray (3) is hung in the handtray (7) with the leading edges of the rubber legs (4) being in contact with the surface of the handtray (7).
