PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a buckle made of a metal wherein an eddy current which affects a meter reading precision is not generated, and in addition, a strength reduction does not occur. SOLUTION: A discontinuous section 12 is formed by cutting the upper section of this loop-shape buckle 10 made of a metal at the central location. Then, end sections 14 and 16 which are created by the forming of the discontinuous section 12 are vertically hung, and projected by a specified length, and thus, a downward protruding section is formed. Also, an electrically insulating tubular member 18 is arranged in a manner to cover the discontinuous section 12. The tubular member 18 has a hole 20 in order to receive and be engaged with the downward protruding section formed by respective end sections 14 and 16 of the discontinuous section 12.
