PURPOSE: Provided is a tea composition made of powdered raw cereals and vegetables with Gammaoryzanol, chitosan and Garcinia cambogia, which can be taken as substitute for a diet and is effective in treating obesity and constipation. CONSTITUTION: The composition comprises 68.7wt% of germinated brown rice, 5.0-18.0wt% of germinated barley, 0.01-0.35wt% of germinated Job's tear, 0.2-0.9wt% of germinated adzuki bean, 0.1-0.5wt% of germinated black bean, 0.1-0.5wt% of germinated black sesame, 0.4-2.2wt% of germinated Indian millet, 0.01-0.22wt% of germinated wheat, 0.013-0.25wt% of Gammaoryzanol, 0.5-5.0wt% of chitosan, 0.1-2.0wt% of Garcinia cambogia, 0.5-2.5wt% of brown algae, 0.02-0.24wt% of laver, 0.3-1.8wt% of tangleweed, 0.1-0.3wt% of carrot, 0.1-0.3wt% of carrot, 0.1-0.3wt% of radish, 0.08-0.9wt% of old pumpkin, 0.1-0.5wt% of cabbage, 0.05-0.35wt% of shiitake mushroom, 0.1-0.5wt% of manna lichen, 0.2-1.4wt% of mugwort, and 0.1-2.0wt% of rice bran, which are pulverized uncooked, and 0.1-0.2wt% of lactic acid yeast, 0.05-1.5wt% of licorice and 0.01-0.03wt% of stevioside.
