PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare complete block nails as fast as possible as an improvement from the conventional arrangement which involves a risk of collapse when block nails are dropped or to be replaced with differently long nails on the way of operation. SOLUTION: According to the conventional technique, block nails are tied together using wires to be welded or using a plastic material, and the tied nails are turned in a roll and finally fixed using rubber or an adhesive tape, but the roll is likely to collapse when it is dropped or at replacement with differently long nails on the way of operation. By this block nail making machine, a foaming plastic sheet whose oversurface is reinforced by spraying, etc., is prepared prior to the processing as a tying material for block nails, and two such sheets are turned into a block band only through a boring process, and if adjustment is made so that six increases per turn of continuous band and they are aligned vertically and longitudinally when 1/6 measure is viewed trapezoidally, and it is possible to make block nails from the block band at one-second intervals using nail piercing tables coming in and going out in the process of block band making in which block nails of a double block band are driven only by power without resorting to human operation.
