PURPOSE: A stringing wire roller for LP insulator and power line wiring method using it are provided to improve the work efficiency and to reduce the cost and to prevent the safety accident on installing or removing the wire. CONSTITUTION: The stringing wire roller for LP insulator comprises an upper support unit(10) having two support brackets(11) placed at the front and rear positions, an upper roller(12) formed on the bottom plate, and a handle(13), a vertical support unit(20) vertically placed on the rear support bracket, a vertical roller(21) vertically placed on the rear support bracket, an insulator coupling unit(30), and a switching unit(40). The insulator coupling unit has a pad(31) rotating with the same axle of the vertical support unit and a screw joint clamp(32). The pad has semicircle type inner surface and is connected to the top of the insulator. The switching unit has an L-type roller support jig(41) horizontally placed to the insulator coupling unit, a vertical roller(42) inserted into the connection groove(14) of the front support bracket via a locking unit(44) having a spring, and a lower roller(43) protruding from upper surface of the pad.
