PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust in real time a quality relative attribute of a network device. SOLUTION: In a network system consisting of a data supply source network which secures interconnection of plural clients via plural network devices, a data server changes the attributes of one or more network devices in accordance with a communication channel set between the data server and the clients while the data server is communicating with these clients in a normal communication mode. Thus, this system is especially useful for a data server in a system such as a video server system where the data are transmitted in a long sequence of data packets.
