PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle cold insulation box capable of facilitating outputting and inputting of a material to be cold insulated from and into a cold insulation space. SOLUTION: The on-vehicle cold insulation box comprises a main door 20 and an auxiliary door 21 for inputting and outputting a material to be cold insulated to and from a cold insulation space in the box. In this case, the door 20 is formed at a side of the device. The door 21 is formed at an upper part of the device. According to the device, even when the door 20 is difficult to be opened or closed due to a balance between the device and a vehicle, the material can be inputted from or outputted to the door 21, and a delivery work or the like can be very facilitated.
