PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a box body for storing an electronic circuit board that can accurately position parts in assembly, and can easily perform the assembly. SOLUTION: In a box body 1 for accommodating an electronic circuit board, an electronic circuit board 2 is brought into contact with a rib 10 on a substrate 3 while the electronic circuit board is being inclined and is inserted for introducing to a gear-lock part 11, and cutout 14 that is provided on the electronic circuit board is allowed to coincide with a boss 16 of the substrate for placing the electronic circuit board on the step of the boss. In an inner cover 4, the boss is allowed to coincide with the cutout of the electronic circuit board, thus allowing a through hole 13 of the boss of the inner cover to coincide with the through hole of the boss of the substrate. When the boss of the substrate coincides with the through hole of the electronic circuit board, and the boss of the inner cover coincides with that of the substrate, screws 19 and 20 are inserted for clamping, and the electronic circuit board and the inner cover are fixed to the substrate. A fitting piece 22 of the cover is fitted to a fitting recessed part that is provided on the substrate for covering the substrate with a cover 5.
