PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a graphics plotter which can actualize optimum block division and optimum arrangement and improve the performance of three- dimensional graphics platting processing. SOLUTION: The three-dimensional graphics plotter which has in the same chip a logic circuit block and a memory block which is large enough to sufficiently hold display data to be displayed is provided with an input buffer 142 which is larger than one vertex of a three-dimensional graphics plotting primitive; and an I/F 141 for sending and receiving data to and from the outside and the input buffer 142 are arranged on one side of the logic circuit block, a DDA setup circuit 143 is arranged right by the input buffer 142, a triangle DDA circuit 144 is arranged right by it, and further texture processing circuit blocks 146 and 147 are arranged further by it. The block size of the texture processing circuit blocks is set larger than that of the DDA setup circuit 143 and triangle DDA circuit 144.
