PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to use display information such as Web page and the like, commonly used by plurality of computer terminals, from any computer terminal at any timing. SOLUTION: This common information usage system comprises a relay server which receives events generated in computer terminals and distributes the information in response to the event to each computer terminal so as to reflect the display information obtained by the server through a network to the display information used commonly by plurality of computer terminals, an operation information storage means that stores operation information showing operation in response to display information generated by each computer terminal, and a stored-information providing means that provides, responding to a request from any computer terminal, the operation information relevant to the display information stored in the operation information storage means to the computer terminal that issued the request. Thereby, on the computer terminal that obtained the operation information relevant to the display information, the display information reflecting the operation shown by the operation information can be used.
