PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a case wherein fracture of a case and a sealing member is not generated and waterproof of a storing part is attained. SOLUTION: In this case structure of a converter for receiving satellite broadcasting, air from the outside can go in and out from the storing part 9b through a filter 13 by the effect of a hole 11c, so that fracture of the case 9 and the sealing member 12 which is to be caused by expansion and contraction of air in the storing part 9a can be prevented, and water of rain or the like which permeates a cavity 11a from the hole 11c can be prevented from permeating the storing part 9a by the filter 13.
