<p>The invention concerns an apparatus comprising a housing (1), a top cover (2), a reel (3), a cutter blade (4a), a press roll, a safety roll (RS), and including a belt (20) transmitting and guiding paper arranged on an end roller (19) provided at the front of the apparatus and a pulley (22) arranged on a support at the rear of the housing. The invention is characterised in that it comprises a control device (10) for ensuring a non-return effect in a movement countering the transmission belt (20). The device further comprises a stop (10) hinged in controlled and limited manner to the pulley (22) support, said stop allowing or preventing the passage and displacement of the transmission belt, on said pulley (22).</p> |
