<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an amorphous core transformer, in which manufacturing cost is reduced by decreasing the number of parts, short circuit strength of outer winding is ensured, even if the outermost core is located on the outside of a coil, and the core can be protected from deformation of the coil, without making it deteriorate in iron loss or exciting current. SOLUTION: In an amorphous core transformer, comprising a plurality of cores 5 employing a thin amorphous magnetic band, and a plurality of coils 4 being inserted with the cores 5, at least one core 5 has a frame-like coil retainer metal 1 surrounding the core 5 and pressing the outside thereof. A plurality of cores 5 and frame-like coil retainer metals 1 are arranged in the widthwise direction of the core material and one frame-like coil retainer metal 1 surrounds one of the cores 5.</p> |
