PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid supplying device with fixed quantity eliminating handling of cash in water feeding equipment. SOLUTION: The fluid supplying device with fixed quantity having an opening and closing valve 6 for controlling passing of water by opening and closing a pipeline and a flow meter 5 capable of detecting the flow rate of water passing through the pipeline 3 to close operate the valve 6 to close the pipeline when a flow rate detected by the meter 5 amounts to a prescribed flow rate has a reader/writer 11 capable of accepting a prepaid card 12 having a degree equivalent to a prescribed water quantity written and stored thereon in advance and an operation part capable of inputting the prescribed water quantity. Then, when a water quantity inputted from this part 9 is detected by the meter 5, the reader/writer 11 rewrites the original degree stored in the card 12 to a degree obtained by subtracting a degree equivalent to the water quantity inputted from the part 9.
