PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wind noise dampening insulator with a wind noise dampening element having a function to dampen wind noises as well as having a function of preventing corrosion of an insulator pin. SOLUTION: A wind noise dampening insulator 10 has the wind noise dampening element 40 enclosing the insulator pin 23 of an insulator coupling part 35. Inside of the wind noise-dampening element 40, a sacrificial metal block 11 is embedded so as to contact with the insulator pin 23.
