PURPOSE: A paper cup printing and manufacturing method is provided to produce a few paper cups by order, to express various color by offset printing, and to use the paper cup for advertising. CONSTITUTION: Cylindrical raw material of a paper cup is printed and manufactured with a rotary press. Non-fluorescent natural pulp is coated with synthetic resin vinyl. A base paper roll of the paper cup is spread and cut in the shape of a rectangle of 430mm long and 630mm wide to print on a few paper cups. Offset printing is performed in the cut base paper in compliance with an order. Image, symbols and photographs are printed on the cut base paper for the paper cup according to request. 16 holes are formed at a time with punching the base paper by a wooden die having 16 blades to form a paper cup. A few paper cups are manufactured to order. Advertising efficiency is maximized with manufacturing a few paper cups under order.
