摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing an electrostatic charge image developing toner such that toner having a proper grain size and particle form with suppressed production of extremely small particles which cause contamination in the base of an image can be obtained with reduced energy as the toner having a stable electrification amount which gives a high-quality image. SOLUTION: In the method of manufacturing an electrostatic charge image developing toner, a toner composition containing at least a resin and a coloring agent is preliminarily pulverized and then finely pulverized. The toner composition is preliminarily pulverized into particles having 20 to 100μm weight average particle diameter and having <=50% content of particles having <=0.90 circular degree. Then the preliminarily pulverized composition is finely pulverized to obtain finely pulverized material having 5 to 13μm weight average particle diameter and having <=30% content of particles having <=0.90 circular degree and <15% content of extremely minute particles having 5 particle diameter.</p>
