PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a yoke for an electromagnetic clutch having higher efficiency of a fitting work of connector compared with the conventional one. SOLUTION: This yoke for the electromagnetic clutch is provided with a ring body having a circumferential groove with its opening end faced diametrically outward, a coil bobbin having a wire wound around the circumferential groove of the ring body, and a ring case having an annular groove with its opening end faced axially. The coil bobbin is stored in the annular groove of the ring case, an opening is formed in the closed end of the ring case and the both ends of the wire of the coil bobbin and a lead wire are connected in a connector covering the opening and arranged on the external face of the closed end of the ring case. The connector is provided with a bottomed cylinder case and a cap welded to an end face of the opening side of the case, and formed with a projection oppositely extended in the end face of an opening side of the case before welding at the circumferential edge opposed to the case of the cap before welding.
