PURPOSE: A system for issuing civil affair documents using wired/wireless communication networks is provided to easily issue desired civil affair documents through an automatic issuer or a personal terminal. CONSTITUTION: A system for issuing civil affair documents using wired/wireless communication networks is composed of a fax(1), a personal terminal(2), an automatic issuer(5), and an on-line network(3). The fax(1) is installed in an institute to certify and issue various civil affairs. The personal terminal(2) has a printing function. The on-line network(3) is provided to the fax(1), the personal terminal(2) and the automatic issuer(5) one another. Also an authentication institute web server(4) to authenticate applicants who want to get civil affair documents is connected to the on-line network(3). The authentication institute web server(4) is provided with a database(6) storing applicants's digital signatures internally or externally. A generic communication network(7) is to selectively connect the automatic issuer(5) to generic telephones, pagers and portable terminals.
