PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply process an abnormality in a transmission LSI in a short time without being particularly conscious of a master station and a slave station in particular simply by incorporating simple software into a conventional device. SOLUTION: The transmission state of the transmission LSI controlled by a CPU, for instance, transmission data is monitored, and when a prescribed timer (transmission abnormality detection timer file) is subjected to time-up due to abnormality such as transmission data that is not received for fixed time (step (1) reference), processing at a time when abnormality occurs can simply and also inexpensively be performed to shorten restoration time by resetting the transmission LSI (step (2) reference).
