PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit the provision of a hot-water storage type hot-water supplier, prominent in handling performance so as to be capable of setting a hot-water filling temperature as well as a hot-water filling amount in a control unit and capable of effecting the set hot-water filling. SOLUTION: The hot-water storage type hot-water supplier is provided with a heating means 18 for heating a hot-water storage type heat exchanger 11 having a predetermined heat exchanging rate by a predetermined amount of heat, a water volume detector 32 for detecting the volume of water passing through the same heat exchanger 11, a heat exchanging temperature detector 21 provided in the same heat exchanger 11, a hot-water filling switch 91 for inputting the starting of the hot-water filling, an informing means 94 for informing a user when the hot-water filling is finished, a hot-water filling amount setting switch 92 for setting the hot-water filling amount from the inputting time of the hot-water filling switch 91, a hot-water filling temperature setting switch 93, and a control unit 70 having a heating control means 70a, an objective temperature operating means 70b, a finish of hot-water filling deciding means 70d, a water volume integrating means 70h, and a water volume memory means 70i.
