PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a rotator 2 cannot be efficiently rotated by elliptical vibration generated on a piezoelectric oscillator 1, and a sliding projection part 2b is not uniformly pressure-welded on the ring-like piezoelectric oscillator 1 even when pressure is applied on a frame body 2a by a ring rubber 3. SOLUTION: A fixing member 10 is press-fitted to the center hole of an ultrasonic oscillator 9, a case 11 and a center shaft 12 are constituted on the fixing member 10 with screws 13 integrally, a bearing 14 is fixed on the end of the center shaft 12, a rotational body 15 is rotatably mounted on the bearing 14, a connection member 16 is integrally fixed on the rotational body 15, notch parts are uniformly formed on the circumference of a circular plate member, cut parts provided on the end of a division piece are inserted into the notch part to constitute a contact member 18, and a ring-like elastic body 19 is fitted to the circumference of the contact member 18 to pressure-weld the contact member on the ultrasonic oscillator 9. |
