PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bypass device for a boiler in which a piping is shortened, maintenance frequency is reduced, and costs for the installation and operation are reduced. SOLUTION: A bypass device for starting up a boiler is provided in a path from a boiler through superheaters 1, 7, and 8 to a turbine 13 for extracting steam flowing into the superpeater 7 at the time of boiler start-up. A superheater bypass 2 for extracting inflow steam is connected upstream of a turbine bypass value 11 provided in a turbine bypass pipe 12 connected to a main steam pipe 9 provided on the inlet side of the turbine 13.
