PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reciprocating pump capable of improving maintenance performance while preventing pulsation, and capable of reducing possibility of liquid leak while preventing pulsation. SOLUTION: In this reciprocating pump composed of two diaphragms which reciprocate in contact with fluid being carried, a surface 1a of one diaphragm 1 in contact with the fluid and a surface 2a of the other diaphragm in contact with the fluid are provided to face each other roughly in parallel through a pump head 3 having a carrying passage, where a fluid carrying range is formed using the surface 1a of the diaphragm 1 in contact with the fluid surface, the surface 2a of the diaphragm 2 in contact with the fluid surface, and the pump head 3. |
