PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic transaction device which can be managed with high security by a clerk in charge by means of only an ID card. SOLUTION: This automatic transaction device 1 contains an ID card management file 9a which has an ID card production attribute and an ID card competency transfer attribute. Thus, a new ID card is produced by using an ID card having the ID card production competency and also the competency can be temporarily transferred from an ID card to another.
