PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Coliolis' mass flow/density sensor of which the gap between the top of top arc and the inlet/outlet axis line is capable of being an arbitrary practical size. SOLUTION: A measurement pipe (1) bent in a V-shape in a plane has an inlet piece (11), an outlet piece (12), an inlet arc (13), an outlet arc (14), a top arc (15), a linear first pipe piece (16) combining the inlet arc with the top arc without seam and a linear second pipe piece (17) combining the outlet arc with the top arc without seam. As the results, the gaps between the top arc and the inlet piece and the outlet piece can be made an arbitrary size with an accurate measurement size.
