PURPOSE: A vehicle safety seat for children or old people is provided to help passengers to keep an optimum posture in a vehicle to avoid the dangerous situation when an impact is applied by separating the safety seats from vehicle seats and moving the safety seats back and forth by the impact applied to the vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle safety seat(3) is detachably mounted to seats of a vehicle and slidable along a backrest(2) of a vehicle seat(1), and includes a stopper mounted with an impact force response element, a fastening belt(24) for fixing the safety seat to the vehicle seat, so that an energy of a spring rubber is maintained when the stopper is set and slide motion of the safety seat is generated by the energy of the spring rubber when the stopper is released, synchronizing the time crossing between the starting of the sliding motion and the generation of the impact force.
