PURPOSE: An Internet web broadcasting portal site and an operation method thereof is provided to enable the user to automatically obtain the user's specific serve-domain and to simultaneously have an e-mail address for the user, and to make all sorts of data the user used databases and providing the data to the user. CONSTITUTION: A user connects to a specific web site and becomes a member of the web site. Then, a serve-domain is automatically given to the user registered in the web site. The user selects all sorts of news and movies suitable for the user's taste in the web site. After that, the user independently operates the Internet broadcasting web site registered as the user's domain including all sorts of real-time information providing functions and notice board functions. In addition, the user forms sites which the user prefers in the selective form.
