PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for a vehicular clutch, capable of stably controlling engaging force of a clutch even when gear change ratio control is executed. SOLUTION: When controlled variable dPlu by a fastening force controlling means 90 is changed to weaken the fastening force of a lock-up clutch 26, the controlled variable dPlu is restricted by a controlled variable restricting means 102 (SA4), so that an influence of gear change ratio control by a gear change ratio controlling means 88 on feedback control by the fastening force controlling means 90 is eased. Consequently, control is not interfered even if the gear change control is executed, and fastening force control of the lock-up clutch 26 is stably conducted.
