PURPOSE: A process for preparing an agent for treating and decreasing diabetics by mixing a herb medicine such as Trichosanthes kirilowii Max., Aralia elata Seem., Morus alba L., Schizandra chinensis Baillon, Liriope platyphylla or the like as a main component is provided. Whereby, the agent has no adverse reaction and is inexpensive and simple to use. CONSTITUTION: A mixture of Trichosanthes kirilowii Max., Aralia elata Seem., Morus alba L., Schizandra chinensis Baillon, Liriope platyphylla, Panax ginseng, Atractylodes japonica, Hoelen and Glycyrrhizae radix is pulverized, boiled and pilled to produce an agent for treating and decreasing diabetics.
