The holder has a mounting plate (5) mounted between a component (1) and an object to which it is to be attached. The mounting plate has flexible plates (6,7) via which the mechanical contact between the component and the object is achieved. At least two guide bushes (8,9) for the connecting elements are attached to the sides of the component to limit tilting of the component in the region of flexible motion of the plates.
