PURPOSE: A device for storing and searching portable data is provided to form a memory unit which stores unchanged data for a fixed time, a key unit which searches information stored in the memory unit and a unit which reads and outputs the information to a screen, thereby enabling the user to rapidly search the information. CONSTITUTION: A memory(1) stores unchanged data for a fixed time only if set once. A key unit(3) is composed of a set key(3a) which selects contents after an advertisement appears about for 3-4 seconds, an index key(4) which searches items of each contents, a numerical key(5) which inputs a number, a mode conversion key which converts a mode, a route display key(7) which displays whole route map and a screen movement key(8) which moves the route map. A control unit(9) reads data stored in the memory corresponding to all sorts of key inputs of the key input unit(3). An LCD driving unit(10) displays the data provided from the control unit(9) on a screen. A display unit(11) is formed in the front of a case(2). A power supply unit(12) outputs driving power of all components. A power switch(13) controls an output of the power supply unit(12).
