The support plate (1) is fixed to the free arm of the robot. The tool-plate (5) has couplings for attaching it to the support plate which has at least one slot (3,4) into which fit spring-loaded, mushroom-shaped bolts (6,7) on the tool-plate. The tool-plate is held in a depositing unit by means of clamps (9,10). The depositing unit contains controls in the form of pneumatically driven piston-cylinder units lifting the bolts against the force of a spring.
