PURPOSE: A double water proofing method of an assembly type box duct is provided to solve any waterproofing defects of existing joint portions and to make up for the weak points due to subsidence problems of boxes expected according to exterior factors of the assembly type box duct. CONSTITUTION: According to the double waterproofing construction method of the molded assembly type box duct, a second convex and concave portion of the box is provided with a bentonite molding index to connect the boxes, inlet and outer ports for grouting are drilled on an empty space of a first convex and concave portion of the box with a drill so as to allow cast iron pipes(3,3') to be installed therein, and a waterproofing agent are fixed around the ports in order to prevent the loss of a grouting solution. In addition, in order to prevent the loss of the grouting solution at a joint portion of wall members, an aluminum bar(7) of 50mm wide is fixed along the joint portion with a concrete nail. After that, 3-7 wt percent of bentonite solution and 15-25 wt percent of cement are mixed and injected at a pressure of about 5 kilograms per square centimeters.
